Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities: The Inside Sales Account Manager is recognized by management as capable of resolving complex opportunities and issues and able to navigate through the various sales support functions. The Inside Sales Account Manager increases selling opportunities with customers by being the primary point of contact between the customer and Jian Ye Kitchen & Bath, Inc, ensuring competitive pricing and up-selling. The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for maintaining a positive and productive day to day relationship with Jian Ye Kitchen & Bath's largest revenue generating accounts.  Provides assistance and support to the members of his/her sales team. 

Requirements: Two years college coursework preferred; Minimum two years previous sales experience. Knowledge of professional, effective telephone techniques and customer care. Advanced understanding of profitability components. Complex technical and product knowledge. Advanced customer relationship management experience. Skill in personal computing or keyboarding. Complex proficiency in systems. Good oral and written communications skills required. Ability to multi-task, respond to rapid change; organize, prioritize and perform work with minimal supervision.
